  1. I just bought some pb2 for shakes. Is it good? Any recipe suggestions?
  2. I wouldn't mind if it started after just not before. I don't want to be on the operating table with that business going on. I feel for you because that is my biggest fear for surgery. Sad but true. O work in health care so the procedure doesn't scare me a bit.
  3. I am so worried about this!! My surgery is the 12th and I can tell im ready to start I just wish it would!! Let me know how it goes.

  5. I am going to have to look for those. Im italian so the only meatballs I know are home made. Same for marinara. Any suggestions on good low sugar brands to try? Sounds like a great dinner in a pinch.

  7. Tell me a about it. I had to do a full month of liquid optifast beforehand. Im 3 weeks in. One week, one day left then ill have my surgery (june12). I hope this makes after easier. I want something savory so badly.

  10. Once you start you are covered. Is your surgery scheduled after the start date? If so, have your surgeon sign it. You can get the forms from HR
  11. That's exactly what my husband said to me because I have lost nine lbs in almost three weeks on the liquid diet. God at this rate I would be on liquids for a year. Bleah!

  13. I am so worried I am going to be on my period day of surgery. I can tell I am going to start soon. I just wish it would happen. With PCOS they are never regular. My surgery is June 12th.
  14. I am really short 5'2" so 220 is really big on me. I have a small frame too - I could never say "I've got big bones" LOL. I have a sister that weighs 200 and she looks great! But, she is 5'10" and build way differently than me.
  15. I am 220 and a size 18 petite. I am going to be 115 and a size 2. That's right I said it like its a fact!!
  16. How are you feeling? Did you ha r a lot of scar tissue? I am scared they wont be able to do the RNY at the same time. Mine is scheduled for june 12th
  17. Just remember restaurants aren't baking them they are fried even if not breaded. Once in a while is probably fine but I wouldn't do it regularly. Glad it worked for you and what a nice treat!
  18. Try ground chicken and make it like a burger.
