I have been on liquids since Friday, weighed myself today and I'm down 9, in only 5 days. You'll have no problem losing it!!! I'll take your challenge!

I've already done 2 weeks and lost 6 lbs but I wasnt vigilant with my Water. I'm hard core now because I'd love to go into surgery at 215 or less. I'm 221 now.

Does your dr. make you do a prep even though you are on liquids? mine doesn't but I'm starting to think I might do one anyway. What do you think.
