  1. I love things like yogurt and cottage cures so I was sure I'd like Greek yogurt. Nope. I'm with you. I really don't like the stuff even with flavoring s it's so thick and yucky to me who h is too bad because it had so much protein
  2. OMg this food sounds so good to me but makes me sick every time. Maybe sometime in the future I ll be able to eat it or at least I hope so!

  5. Thank you to everyone who replied to this thread. I've been completely busy with holiday festivities so I was unable to respond for a couple of days! I truly feel a little lost when I can't check in with the forum in a couple of days! All of you guys are great and have given me some great ideas on how to handle this situation next time
  6. Yes very smart. Those waitresses can be persistent but I know they're just trying to help but it does put me at a loss as to what to say
  7. That is a smart way to put it. I e had the same thing happen twice with wAitresses. They ask me if I would like something else or if there is something wrong with the food. Kind of nice to be told you eat like a bird:)
  8. I use to eat fish several times a week. I loved it but now all seafood makes me sick:(
  9. That seems to be the theme with the military I went through it a little with my ex but he was only reserves but did go to Iraq. It was rough so you must be very strong:). If you relocate to San Antonio let me know lol

  11. Me too. I've felt this but it gets better Almost every day. I still do have my moments but at a couple of moments but at two months I can see it is getting better and the results are great. When I was where you are it was very hard
  12. We both seem to have the depression issue! Now I really wish you were closer:)
