  1. Well, as your name says, one day at a time .. You may have made unhealthy decisions today but tomorrow is another day or even if you mess up one meal, the next is an opportunity to get it right and the next and the next.. I too have been struggling with the carb cravings
  2. Not a fan of almond milk myself...
  3. Wow! Love the decorations:)
  4. I am noticing a lot more head hunger issues too.
  5. What's your Pinterest name?? I'll follow you:)
  6. My doctor recommended the sleeve for me but after being on here and seeing so many people having revisions from band and sleeve to rny , I changed my mind. I only wanted to do this once and I wanted it to be something I knew would work. I believe with the sleeve it didn't help w heartburn and I had that so bad and opted for that which would be most helpful that being said, I love my surgery. I've lost a little over 70 lbs in four months and feel amazing. It's been rough at times but so worth it for my health and as long as you are diligent about your vitamins and medical diet, I wouldn't worry too much about being malnourished. I'm sure with my awful diet if junk before surgery I was much worse off
  7. 1/2 a grilled chicken breast with Alfredo sauce, a stuffed mushroom and some salad without the croutons - all from Olive Garden and soo delicious I love being able to eat salad again!
  8. I am sooo glad to be done with lane Bryant and to be able to walk by torrid without giving it a second look shopping is super fun now!
  9. Gel inserts good idea! Your story is too funny!! I could so see myself waking up from a dream like that
  10. Oh and I have the belly issue. That is where I gained most of my weight. It's mush:)
  11. Well here's another one good for a laugh. I was pretty fit during my school years and I danced and I was thin and my chest was soo small. So one day I wanted to impress a boy and wore a water bra to make them look a bit bigger. Well it actually started to leak during our conversation!! So embarrassing lol. Well last night I went out country dancing and of course my bra didn't fit and I used the little padding thing with the liquid in it that I've had since my wedding ( they just don't make wedding dresses for girls w small boobies ) anyhow the whole night I was so worried that I would leak or one would fall out lol I was totally traumatized from my high school experience:)
  12. Lol yes I had d and now I think I'm barely hanging on to a c right now. They were like a secret weapon lol but really they have become an important part of my womanhood and after nursing three boys they are not only shrinking but Droopy too:(
  13. Btw I love my surgery and wouldn't change a thing:) just didn't anticipate missing them so much!
  14. My boobs are like a size smaller now. I have like 50 vs bras that are too big I had to resort to wearing the fake gel padding thingies. When I use to be skinny and had no boobs I hated it when I nursed and they got big but now that I've had them I know what a good thing I'm missing lol it's like saying goodbye to an old friend... Thanks for letting me complain for a moment !
