  8. Isopure is really good and its the protein shake the has the most protein 42 gm per serving and you can always change the flavor with sugar free flavor syrups hope this helps

  12. I just got all my pre op diet stuff from my nut. I don't know what to think of it I guess it's going to have to wait until i start my pre op diet on sat.
