But keep the negative comment to yourself nasty people! You have tons of support here! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

Looking at the numbers I am totally shocked and excited! My doctor says I am exactly where I need to be in weight loss! They want patients 3 months out to be 25-30% down to their goal and I am killing it! I love my weight management doctor! He is so sweet and positive! Thanks for letting me share! 10. So I haven't posted in awhile, and haven't been here in a few days. My name is Juliana, I am 28 and live in Pensacola, FL. Born in New Orleans! I have been married 5 years and we have a beautiful 4 year old. she was born exactly 10 months from our wedding day. yes she is my honeymoon baby! I work retail for Lowe's and enjoy it very much. I am a certified VPK teacher, but as I make more money doing retail I decided to go back to that... I reached my highest weight last year at 298, and was astounded by the fact that I had let myself do so. But I decided that it was time to do something for me. So in October I began the journey and had surgery by April 4th! Now I am at 246 9 weeks out. And am adapting well. Though my marriage has hit a rocky patch right now, after finding some information out. (No need to get deep into that, heart ache)! I know things can work out. My parents are amazing and helped me with my surgery coat up front! As they have both had it I look at them as role models for me. I am sure there is more to my life but that is all for now. 14. They want you to sip because taking big gulps can make you swallow air pockets... This can cause discomfort and blotting! Take it at what makes you feel comfortable. Just be aware of your body. And what makes you hurt. I find I can do more now, then just those tiny sips too. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  15. They steri striped my too. They used dissolvable stitches/staples not sure which on the inside. 6 incisions, one of which is from the drain. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  16. Good luck to all the surgery people today! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  17. babydoll83 just remember that this may and is scary but it it very exciting! I am 28 and had surgery April 4th. There were times that I thought about waiting on the surgery but I say down and weighed the options. I have tried several other weight loss methods but none o them seemed to work for me. This is the best decision to begin a new chapter in your life. Don't let anyone else discourage you along the way. I have had several people tell me I "don't want to do this." But living the way I was, was miserable! This was something I did not only for myself but my family! Good luck in your journey. And any time you feel discouraged by someone who simply doesn't understand this forum is a great outlet for inspiration! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  18. No problem! They are delicious! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
