  3. some people can handle pain better than others so is actually up to the individual. but try not to take a chance of being addicted to pain pills.
  4. I only use the pain meds if I'm in really really bad pain but as far as anything else I won't use it. like you said it does cause constipation but if you do get constipated use milk of magnesia.
  5. have a talk with the doctor maybe he can prescribe you something lite to help you sleep.
  6. you should only take the pain meds when you can not take the pain any longer or you may end up constipated.

    today I walked multiple times for 15 minutes each at a fast paced. the first round my legs tried to give out on me by giving me Charlie horses but I wouldn't stop until I get home because if I'm going to fall out I want it to be at my house lol

I found this cool application on my phone. is for those of you who have smartphones or the play store. it has different guidelines on different parts of your body that you want to work on. the name of it's called jefit. I love it because it let you work on any part of your body that you select that you want to work on it even has a body map. jefit is also on Facebook. Try it

  11. it's been a whole week today since I had the surgery so far so good I feel great the only thing is every blue moon I wake up feeling weak. last night around 1am I woke up in excruciating pain and I can feel the inside of my intestines move do to try to sleep on my stomach. that's a big no no lol. the last time I took a pain pill was Friday but then I had to take 1 last night due to the excruciating pain.
  12. I didn't have to do this pre op due to needing surgery on my hernia and my acid reflux how damage they were.
  13. so far so good my surgery went well the only thing as last night around 1am I had so much pain my stomach actually moved. I didn't just have the gastric bypass only I also have reflux surgery which he still had how to remove a piece of my stomach out and I also had a hernia patch. [ATTACH]2675[/ATTACH]
