just make sure you eat before the wedding...maybe a protein shake if you are ready for those? and drink a lot of fluids at the wedding to make your hunger stay away longer. Trust me...throwing up at a wedding is not my idea of fun.
  3. I've heard great things about him. I chose Dr. Roberto Rumbaut from Monterrey Mexico. He studied under the inventor of the lap band and teaches numerous U.S. surgeons on the procedure. He has aa beautiful and clean facility.
  4. I go to Dr. Lana Nelson in Norman. Try her..she's great.
  5. I get the same pain occasionally too. Sometimes it lasts until the next day.
  6. I started at 220 lbs. My first year I dropped slowly to 170 lbs. I went over a year without losing any weight. Right after my 2nd anniversary I dropped to 145 lbs. I must have had a really large plateau to get over.
  7. I still go out and drink occasionally. I didn't drink beer for the first year after my band...I stuck with wine or cocktail with juice. I did notice my tolerance went way down and I never quite hit the "buzzed" stage. I would always go from sober to really drunk. I just had to learn to really watch how much I was drinking. I'm almost 3 years post banding...I drink beer when I go out....but really limit myself or I can get a really bad bloated feeling and cramps near my banding site.
  8. I go to Dr. Lana Nelson in Norman.
  9. Dr. Lana Nelson in Norman does my fills.
