I dont have any problem with it, in fact if I'm eating out, its a guaranteed safe food for me, as is risotto.

I dont avoid carbs though, I eat them, so it doesnt derail my diet.

I have no problem with pasta. I do eat it with cheese, chicken or meat sauce though. THe proteins seem to keep me full longer.

I miss pasta and rice too. I was told not to eat it at all as it swells up and will eventually stretch your pouch. Same with soft bread. Makes me kind of sad.

I only eat a can eat a small amount of spaghetti, it fills me up very quickly. Like 2 or 3 forkfulls. I love baked mac n cheese, so I really miss eating alot of that.
