Problems with adult acne post op?
Yes, so did I. My face finally cleared a couple of weeks ago on its own. My skin looked absolutely repulsing. I ended up with mild cystic acne. If this particular side effect returns, I plan on using Clinique acne system. Reviews are very favorable and Clinique products are known for their quality.

Deflated titty committee? Yep, I fit in perfectly. Quite depressing. After I am done with kids, I am getting a new set for sure.

Holy crap on a stick! That's an insane amount of cash for one measly month.

Anti-inflamatories
Ask your surgeon for liquid Lortab. Also, if he gets annoyed with you asking for help, dump him like a sack of potatoes. Switch, if possible. Living in pain is not helping you recover any better. Can slow down your recovery and progress that much more. Sending you good thoughts. I hope your pain subsides soon!

What Exercise Did You Do Today?
Walked with the husband and our little one around the neighborhood. We usually walk for about 1-2 hours. Good mileage, I must add. I have got to buy one of those FitBit gizmos and start tracking.

When was the weight loss noticeable?
In my case, I would say about 2 weeks after surgery. My MIL was the first to notice the difference. If my clothes would not have almost fallen off of me, I would have not recognized any weight loss. Incredible how the mind plays games and won't allow us to see the loss.

My first Stall at almost 4wks post op
I'm stalling, as well. I changed my diet a bit, I'm walking around the neighborhood and I signed up with the gym here. I make sure not to let my pouch become lazy with the same routine. Give it something to work for. Protein and water are essential. Take in as much as you can.

What ya eating tonight?
I had my very first post-op salad today. Ate only a little bit and surprisingly enough, it went well. No consequences.

Gas pain 10 months out
2+ months out and I am also having the same issue. Abdominal pressure, cramping and just plain discomfort. For me, the Gas-x sublingual strips work best. Much faster relief than in pill form.

What ya eating tonight?
I used the Jack Daniels Honey Smokehouse BBQ sauce. After letting the chicken breast marinade in the sauce overnight, next day I poured water in the ziplock over the chicken breast and shook it well. Transferred all in the crockpot, added the fresh red onion rings and let it cook on high throughout the day. Drained the extra water. Once the meat was very soft, I shredded it with the fork and added a bit more BBQ sauce for extra flavor. Did not experience any dumping or whatever. Ate as much as my pouch allowed me which was maybe -4oz. Onions are optional. Not necessary to be consumed with the meat. Can be set aside.

what to bring on surgery day
Honestly, out of all the crap I packed up for my hospital stay, I used nothing other than deo, tooth brush + tooth paste, comb, clean underwear, Carefree liners, slippers, and my going home t-shirt and comfy pants. They provided Chapstick, socks and the spirometer. If your stay will be no more than 24hrs, don't bother overpacking. It will be more of an inconvenience to haul around.

Sushi? Sashimi?
Can't wait to try sushi again. I'm kind of new to everything sushi and related but excited for the day I will be able to enjoy it again. That sashimi thing is new to me. Interesting!

Upset stomach
One thing I have learned is to park my behind in the recliner for 30-45 min after each meal. Rest is crucial for me until my entire piping calms down. Learned my lesson with this one a couple of times. Not funny.

INSOMNIA!
I can imagine the pain. I have not had surgery on my back but I know how unbearable it can get. Mornings are the worst for me. Insomnia is not helping either.
