Good to see ya! Doing great on weight loss I see! We are the same weight right now. I was at 258 but back up to 260. If I see those numbers on the scale tomorrow, I may flip!

Had my epidurals today. He did 6 injections. He did find the nerve on both sides this time! Even with sedation, I couldve sworn like a sailor! Hurt like hell but I am glad he was able to get between the vertebrae on both sides for once. He said my mri showed more slippage and that im to wear my back brace that I have from a year ago to help stop the slippage. It was too small then and now it is too big! They will order a new one so that should be fun to wear; NOT! Hoping for some relief. On a good note, I wore a regular hospital gown today. For once they didnt have fo go get the big one!

My surgery was actually scheduled before I got the approval so I could prepare and get leave from work. We scheduled it at my 5th month appointment. I was approved just a week before the actual surgery. Talk about cutting it close!

Am in the middle of my first dumping! I ate some raisin bran again only the regular was gone so I ate the cinnamon almond one. This was around 5. At 830 I got very dizzy, started sweating profusely, and shaking like crazy. My blood sugar was 34! Starting to feel alittle better now but OMG this is horrible. I looked it up and I guess this was the late phase dumping that occurs 1-3 hours after eating. When I looked at the cereal box it said 18 grams of sugar. OOPS! Never again will I not check!

We have a storm coming tonight. Cant wait. Hope you can stay awake!
