  1. I am allowed to eat cheerios (dry). I have found that they sit well on my tummy and give me a much needed energy boost.
  2. Nobody ever got fat eating salmon.
  3. Surgery date: 2/14 Lost 35 pounds already! !! Feeling really good. I just get tired easy. I'm lucky to get 500 calories a day. So I run out of steam quick.
  4. I am 2 days post op and I have been getting random episodes of hiccuping. Painful? Yes! ! Fortunately they go away quickly.
  5. I have been telling people what I am up to. I have had such a positive response. My church family have been especially supportive with encouraging and uplifting prayers. My surgery is scheduled do Feb 15!!!
  6. I have some. They are Bobs Red Mill brand. If you put some in a bowl and add some almond milk or coconut milk it turns into a nice little pudding. You can make it with protein drinks as well. Very satisfying.
