  21. I'm not sure of the benefits of going dairy free, but I can tell you that going meat free has made me drop 26lbs. I am having my surgery August 21st and I hope to be down about 40lbs by then. Talk to your nutritionist. HW: 370. CW:344. SD:8/21/13
