  2. I think whole wheat pasta is a great choice, I don't like it but I am going to force myself to do it over white pasta. Good job Hippie gal
  3. Lol truthfully I am 1 month out and have no idea what I can or can't have. I just stick to protein shakes and eggs. My plan doesn't tell me what to do after day 30.
  4. Lisa what are you having I love ur ideas?
  5. Really??? I'm gonna try the papaya enzyme.
  6. So disappointed, today marks one month since I had the surgery. I still can't eat anything without it getting stuck or vommiting besides protein shakes and I only lost 23 pounds. I think this is the slowest in history. I'm just feeling good enough to excerise so I will start today. This really makes me sad.
  7. I certainly did not sign up to be throwing up and having food and water stuck in my chest and fearing being admitted in the hospital again for complication or dehydration.
  8. I'm almost 3 weeks post op and still can not eat anything. I try soft foods but get that uncomfortable feeling in my belly and chest like I've over eaten after 1 or 2 spoons. I can never get my fluid all in for the same reason. All I want to do is lay down. I'm tired of protein shakes but I still do them but watered down. I can't seem to eat anything!!
