  5. Hi Judy, I think we have all been in the same boat that you are in at one point of our lapband. just try to take one day at a time, write down everything you eat and than go back and see what changes you can make.

  7. Hi Jill, I went to Mexico for my surgery also, that has been 3 yrs ago this month. You will most likely be there just over night. You'll be sleeping a lot. When your not sleeping you'll be walking. Good Luck!!!

  10. My band slipped on May 24. I was very sick. Throwing up everything! I could not hold my head up. It was really bad. I have had my band for almost 3 years. My doctor was able to save my band. I feel great now just having to start over with the liquids and etc. Trust me if your band has slipped you will know it...Good luck to you!

  12. Hi I had a band slippage also, My stomach was twisted. I was so....sick could'nt even hold my head up. Thank God for Dr Carroll in Jackson Ms. I had surgery on the night of may 26th. Dr Carroll was able to save my band. He did a wonderful job. I went home the next day. I'm having to start all over again. I'm on liquids, did'nt remember it being this hard. Ha! Anyway I'm on the road to recovery thanks to Dr Carroll...
  13. I have been banded since October 2006 with no complication. My band has been a real life saver. I've reached my goal and feel wonderful!!
  14. Hi I have had my band since October 2006. I'm doing very well, no major complication. Had to have a couple of unfills from being to tight. I've lost all my weight. What can I say I LOVE MY BAND!!!
