Not that I regret having the surgery because I like the weight loss and I feel pretty good but I'm so frustrated about what to eat. everything that I do eat hurts. I'm not getting enough protein I'm not able to get enough water in. I have looked for soft food recipes and can't find any because I'm such a bland person that nothing with all the spices or odd combinations of food sound good but I'm also sick if eggs cottage cheese and yogurt. I really want to reach for a pizza. Any ideas? I have been in tears many times and I'm getting very discouraged
Is any one drinking pop I want one really bad. I know they are bad for the pouch and all but just wondering what and if others have tried them it drink them.
I would love to join the Friday weight in group just on sure about where I'm supposed to go to get there. I see many of you use my Fitness Pal also what is this can somebody fill me in?

Thanks for all the information. My doctor said I can eat pureed foods and such. I'm having a really hard time getting in protein (protein shakes literally make me sick). So I have been eating eggs, cottage cheese, and yogurt. Along with muscle milk protein drinks. Having a hard time trying ti figure out if I'm hungry or not.

I had the lapriscopic gastric bypass surgery on October 30th 2012. I am 22 year old female from Minnesota. When I went in for surgery I weighted in at 288 pounds. Size 18 jeans and triple x shirt. I have high blood pressure and I'm borderline diabetic. I have to small children who I owe you everything to. They are my reason for having this surgery. Two days out of surgery and I can say I'm feeling pretty good. I'm still pretty sore. Just kinda curious as to what I should be eating so close to after surgery.
