  1. What a change. Congrats to you on your new healthy life. I'm looking forward to my change as well!
  2. That is WONDERFUL!!! I hope everything goes smooth and you get to go home soon. Nothing like sleeping in your own bed. Good look lovealways
  3. I think that's mainly what it is. I have struggled with food issues it seems like my entire life. I feel depressed that I can't eat and angry with the people who can. It sounds so foolish saying it but that's how I feel. As someone who has struggled with binging and purging and sneaking food because I'm ashamed I'm eating it, all my focus today was NOT eating the kids food. Lol I'm a hot mess over here just 6 more days
  4. Oh My Goodness!!! I'm struggling. I'm on my second day and this liquid diet is kicking my butt! I've never noticed how many food commercials there are. I'm having to fix three meals a day plus snacks for my two girls. I just didn't think I would be struggling this hard. Am I n the only one?
  5. How was your first full day at home?
  6. You will be in my prayers. I know all the waiting is completely nerve racking. I'm hoping they will find nothing wrong and surgery will go as scheduled. Yours is a week before mine sink would love to know how your recovery goes.
  7. I've beef taking the vitamins before I don't think it will hurt anything. Also has anyone who's started the liquid diet have the shadoobs from only taking in liquid?
  8. You look great! It is a bug change and a new life. You have worked hard for that new body!! If you don't mind my asking what are you looking to have plastic surgery on?
  9. That's a really good question. I know it may seem silly but try and google it. I have Tricare as well. I'm keepin my fingers crossed for you. My surgery date is 1-21-2013
  10. I was/am a soda addict. I was told by my dr that 80 percent of people who gain their weight back is because they go back to soda after surgery. I have not had soda now for a little over three months and my surgery is in about three weeks. I'm glad I had time to get my mind right before surgery. Because for me this all seems to be more mental than physical.
  11. I told my family for Christmas not to get me any cloths since they won't fit for long. I'm so excited. I think about this surgery every day. EVERY day. I can't wait to be healthy and happy! surgery 1-21-2013
  12. I am worried about these type of comments as well. I've always heard from my sister how fat I am and how she's the skinny sister. My mom has tried to put me on so many diets when I was a teen. I've been the biggest person in my family for so long I'm kinda scared to hear the things my sister will say after I have the surgery. She's not supportive of it at all.
