Anyway i ate 1 slice of turkey 1 slice of ham and a small avocado, was so good. Actually was able to eat a whole small banana for lunch. Only got 38 grams of protein in from food. Guess tonight i will have to have a ensure high protein drink. They are 25 grams that will put me over 60.
  8. There was a recipe on eggface i cant wait to try. Peeled and sliced cucumber, avocado chopped, cherry or grape cherries peeled if you can. And chopped crab meat. Mixed with some sort of dipping dressing.
  9. I think that the club has alot of protein in it, bacon, ham, turkey, cheese, NO mayo on whole wheat toast. I didnt eat the whole thing no way I could have. i didnt eat all the bread just a triangle of it, mostly ate it like a lettuce wrap, I just really wanted the meats of it, have the other 3 pieces of the sandwich in the fridge for today. and possibly tomorrow if it doesnt get soggy
  10. I had a club sandwich. Yes the real deal 3 slices of whole wheat toast Lettuce, tomato, pepper jack cheese, slice of ham a slice of turkey, 2 pieces of crisp bacon. Stack it up layer it twice with 1 slice of bread in between. Cut into 4ths, i only ate one corner of the 1/4. Brought the rest home for tomorrow. The whole sandwich is 460 calories. I had no mayo put on it. It was so good
  11. Just putting it out there I would be more then glad to offer up my hubs to anyone. Then maybe you all will reconsider wanting another husband. He has a good job, doesn't cheat, likes to eat, plays online multiplayer games. Star wars and star trek fan, 47 yrs old, doesn't like outside stuff, loves to watch football on tv. Hmmm well if curious let me know
  12. Jodi Manual says natural or I think it's the sheet they gave us at first post op appt cuz I got the natural
  13. I know I questioned one time about someone eating mash potatoes at 4 days post op. I had read and was told only liquid for the first 2 weeks post op. of course then I was told at my first post op appetite was full liquid 2 weeks after surgery by the Nut, so I thought when I was eating cream of chicken on the 10th day of post op that I was cheating. So I breezed right thru the puréed stage. I am on soft foods I am on my 25th day post op I specifically asked my Nut about bananas and she said yes you can have them she told the group no raw veggies and no fruit with skins but can peel the fruit to eat them. We were also told we could have the lean cuisines and smart ones and weight watchers but no Pasta. And if anyone know by looking at those n Entees most of them have the pasta. This weekend I will scan the can have list I received at my first post op appt and share with you all. I come to the board not to ooohhh and awwww folks but to learn from everyone. It has helped me tremendously.

  19. If you go on YouTube you can see the actual surgery for he gall bladder removal. They slide a zip lock bad in their to put the gall bladder in and then pull the gall bladder through your belly button. It's really weird. You can also see the video for the RNY pretty cool if you don't get queasy
  20. I am going to suggest not eating chicken and sweet potato in same meal. I got so full omg it hurt. Didn't vomit but I kinda wish it would have happen. I need to learn the take a bite chew 25 times sit fork down and go again. It's hard to do that when te sweet potato is creamy and no lumps. I did chew chicken well nothing got stuck. But pheww it was painful.
