  2. The cramps were not too bad but it was a very heavy period the whole time. I'm hoping I go back to not having a period. I really do enjoy that.
  3. Is anyone use to their new lifestyle yet? Each day is getting easier for me but I still have that feeling that i will never get use to this.

  5. Yes, I got mine a day after surgery and it lasted for 10 days. I have the merina iud so I wasn't getting a period but I did after surgery.
  6. Pure Protein makes me gag. I just bought some shakes from costco and they are the best so far.

  8. Hey everyone, I'm 3 weeks post op today and I'm struggling really bad with my vitamins and protein shakes. I feel so tired. My hubby is not able to come home after work because being a marine he is now in the field for a month and I'm alone dealing with 4 kids ages 7,6,2 and almost 7 months. I don't regret the surgery at all. I'm just tired and want to get my vits and shakes in. Thanks for letting me vent.

  14. Hey everyone. I'm 13 days post op today and I have been on a stall for 2 days. I'm trying to stay away from the scales but that's hard. All of my pain has finally went away and I can walk normal.... Trying to get my Protein intake up and trying to get use to my chewable Vitamins..... gag Sent from my iPad using RNYTalk
  15. I had surgery on 11/6/12 and today I'm allowed to start my purée stage but I'm afraid to eat. I have the plan my surgeon has for me but I'm still scared. I think food is going to get stuck or something crazy. How do I get pass this? Sent from my iPad using RNYTalk

  19. This is my biggest thing. I'm very depressed and cried today because my husband made bacon for breakfast. Food was such a huge part of my life

  22. Good luck to everyone who will going into surgery and congrats to those who just had theirs. I'm feeling ok. Gas pains are better, but still there. I'm very sore and tired. I'm more in shock that I the surgery done . Drinking all my fluids are hard
