    Thanks everyone....not exactly 70 in 2 months....I had lost 25 lbs pre-op and another 45 since surgery. Seeing those pics side by side finally let me see what everyone around kept telling me they saw....especially in my face. Feeling great....that's the best part!!!

    People have actually told me I've become concieded. I catch my reflection in anything and I have to look! I don't feel that I'm concieded, I am just shocked at the transformation that has happened !

    I kept 1 pair of pants and 1 shirt so I could do a befor and after pic.
    After that I'll use the pants to make a tent for the kids.

    I like the Oh Yeah! Premade Protein shakes. They have several flavors. I get them at The Vitaman Shoppe. Also another premade called. RTD51. It's 51 grams of protein. I like the chocolate.
    You just have to try a few until you find something you like.

    I am so happy that today is finally here! I am heading to the hospital for surgery this am!! I thank you all for this site! i've learned a lot, gotten much better prepared and feel like I am in control of my recovery process because I've read all about y'alls!
