  1. I just got one of the disposable e cigs at a hess store tonight. I don't think I like it. I'd rather go without anything. I'm glad I only spent ten dollars instead of buying the whole kit. I also bought alot of hard candy at walmart. I'm just gonna have to be strong and kick these death sticks out of my life. The Lord will carry me across and through it.
  2. I have had mine for years. At first it was hard getting used to and now I can't sleep without it. It actually has become as important to sleep with as my pillow or covers. My concern is after I have the surgery and don't need it anymore. Will I be able to sleep without it? I mean I do want to be able to eliminate it but I worry that I have just depended on it too long. I do hate the lines it leaves on your face. Everybody know when you have been napping in the middle of day because of the tell-tale lines. Lol.
  3. What is brand. That sounds reasonable. Where did you get it? A tobacco store?
  4. I get my check Friday. I think I may go buy me one. Are they expensive?
  5. My brother stopped dipping the same day I quit smoking, Sunday. We are gonna do it together. I cheated a little with a cigar but I didn't inhhale, lol. I wonder if one of those electronic cigs would be a good idea?
  6. I got my brother quitting dipping with me too. That way I have a quit buddy. It's so hard though. Someone offered me a cig today and I said no. I was so proud but wanted one bad for hours afterward. I am determined more than I want to smoke.
  7. Wouldn't you know it, I am living on fireballs and cinnamon candies.
  8. I paid 150 for psych eval and 15 per nutritionist visit. Insurance will pick up the rest. Thanks to God!
  9. I had to pay $15 each time I seen nutritionist but no program or class fees.
  10. Def the prime of my life. And with this surgery a new healthier, happier life. My son is 12 and I won't to lead him down a healthy path.
  11. Pretty good. I asked her at the end if I passed and she said as far as she was concerned I did. I have to go in tommorow for nutrition counseling and I am gonna confirm with insurance coordinator that I got approval from psych. I think I have lost a few pounds this month too. I have really been eating better, staying off sodas, and walking.
  12. Praying for you. Hang in there.
  13. Thanks for the great advise. I will just go in there not hiding anything and let her feel my atrong resolve for a new life and my determination. Thanks. Where are you at past your surgery? How long?
