Are you drinking milk at all? I got diarrhea when I had my protein shakes with 1% milk. You can become lactose intolerant after surgery. If you switch to lactaid your diarrhea will go away.

Try sugar free chocolate syrup. You won't taste crushed meds at all.

Had an ultrasound on Tuesday! I've got gall stones. My Gallbladder has to come out!!! I don't want to go back in again. I'm so bummed.

Yes! I'm 3 months out. I have tried rice and whole grain pasta. Also a little bread. I try to stay away from them as much as possible but have had them. Protein first. hope this helps.

Today is my 3 month surgerversary! I'm down 55 lbs since surgery and 65 lbs total. First picture is day of surgery and the other is today. I'm wearing my 15 year old son's t-shirt. It fit! Yesss!

I'm three months out and I'm down 55 lbs since surgery and 60 lbs total a week before surgery.

I'm 3 months post op today and never threw up at all. They send you home with nausea meds from hospital. I took them at first but after a week I didn't need it.
