  11. I went to doctor today as my UTI is back but doctor said that I am dehydrated too. So I'm drinking like a crazy woman. Feel better! DOS 12/17/12

  14. I do take calcium and b-12 and iron separately. I can't take the other bariatric Vitamins or should say can't remember 4 times a day. So a one a day works and my nutritionist approved it. Good luck! DOS 12/17/12
  15. Keep up with pain meds. Keep hydrated. And walk through the pain. Make sure none of the incisions are red or oozing. I felt good on day 5. Every day will be better than the day before. You can do it, this part is the hardest. I'm 2 months post op and I've lost 57 lbs. Welcome to the losers bench. Good luck! DOS 12/17/12
  16. One a day chewable. Procare health. Com. 10.00 for one month supply. You will also need b-12 and Calcium separate. Iron too but at least your not taking the other Vitamins 4 times a day forgetting. DOS 12/17/12
  17. I was pretty much okay in the beginning but now it's a challenge to see what foods like the pouch. Chicken, fish and cooked shrimp is a no go. DOS 12/17/12
