I serve something very similar but slightly different in presentation. I take a butterflied chicken cutlet and make roulade stuffed with aromatics. It's pan seared then baked with a seasoned cheese and panko bread crumbs (pouch friendly amount) for crunch. Delicious!!! Ok my bariatric family I need your help with something. Many of you already know that I am a chef and restauranteur and I may be embarking on a new venture with the medical group that performed my surgery.
