  4. The reason I felt discomfort was because I tugged on one of my incisions after a sneezed, but now finally I'm ok, I feel about 90% good.. =0)
  5. It gets better, I'm 4 weeks out and I cry because of the discomfort but believe me it gets better just give it time
  6. I also slepton the couch for the first 3 weeks...it helped me alot and with due time the pain will go away
  7. That's cool, any suggestions I'm having trouble coming up with new recipes to eat...thanks
