anyone try the sugar free slurpee from 7-eleven I read they have carbonation which will dissapiont me if it's true

So the last couple days i feel kinda weak and blah not eating much food smell makes me sick and not drinking enough water think i might be getting dehyrated think i will call doctor tomorrow on the bright side i am down to 236 from 269 morning of surgery 8/22

Yes seen the nutritionist today she said as of tomorrow I can go to soft and purée food wonder if I can do chili that's cooked for hrs and soft

I told just about everyone I know I would say 99% were supportive

Stepped on scale today was shocked i am 2 weeks post op tomorrow morning of surgery i was 269.5 left hospital at 282 and this morning 244 whoohoo well on my way

Hooked up my camper and drove to campground 1 wk after surgery setup camp then went to my 1 wk post op appt and asked if it was ok to drive lol he said yes as long as I was not taking pain meds any longer camp is only 16 miles from home it I felt fine doing so ginna return to work in 2 weekS where I drive a big rig

So sorry for your loss. With that said I will wish you luck with your surgery for a speedy recovery and then it's off to the new you which you will love

Thanks guys called my doctor and he gave me the go ahead to go in pool as of today so at least I can enjoy that with the family this weekend at camp

Yes walk but don't overdo it like I did my legs were so sore the day I went home because I walked to much but all was good

Mine don't hurt just at a point they are itchy as hell

When they told me I had to do a 6 month program because my ins required it I had the fear if I lost to much weight I would be denied if someone drops 5 lbs to much there denied that is total bs our we and our doctors should be running our health care not the insurance companies . Furthermore Ryan did not even respect a admin of the group glad he is gone I don't have to agree with everyone's opinion but I would never disrespect them and call them horrible names everyone is in this difficult journey for there own reasons and to be healthy and that I give huge respect to

Anyone go swimming 10 days post-op in a pool was it ok went for my 1 week checkup today and forgot to ask. They said I was doing good down 10lbs officially today and the wounds look good 10 days will be Friday and will be camping for the weekend

I'm one week today postop am on full liquids till next week had that feeling your talking about 5 days it gets better but I always feel full

I had to pay $500 for workgroups out of pocket could not continue until it was paid luckily I had put money away from my tax return
