  3. I also have very low Vitamin D levels. Currently I take 50,000 units twice a week and the other five days a week I take 2,000 units. This is supposed to continue for at least two more months. I have found that it makes me nauseous so I take it right before bed in order to sleep through that. I was told as I loose weight, it may regulate and my body will hold on to more D. 6. Today marks six weeks since my surgery. Over all I feel good. I have lost 36.8 lbs so far and while I don't see it when I look in the mirror, I do feel it in my clothes. I have been off work since my surgery. Tomorrow I go back to the office where everyone knows I have been gone, but only a couple people know what exactly happened. I'm a little nervous. I'm afraid of getting sick at work, or forgetting to get in all my fluids (still something I have to pay close attention to), and i'm sure I'll get questions that I will have to respond to politely while still not disclosing a lot of info. I know I'll be just fine after tomorrow, just wanted to vent and release the jitters. Hope you all are having a fantastic day! Sent from my VS920 4G using RNYTalk
