I had surgery 7 weeks ago and I'm eating fine. Im enjoying all healthy food, fruits . I'm totally satisfied with what I'm eating. It's not worth the risk to start drinking.

I'm doing great, I'm 7 weeks out last weigh in was at 6 weeks and I was down 35 . I can't wait until July 19th my next weigh in
