  2. Not sure what I am doing wrong I drink a lot of water eat chicken drink protein shakes and go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week at first I lost 25 lbs my surgery was 6/22 this week up 3lbs feel like a failure
  3. I am 3 weeks out u think I can start it?

  5. I was down yesterday to some how I gained 2 lbs I don't know how I did it I have been doing everthing I was told to do I just don't get it kind of mad at myself but I was 279 now I am 255 and I had surgery June 22 so I hope I am doing ok just mad at myself

  8. I was told 2 nd week I can have chicken turkey with no skin mashed potatoes I wonder why they let us have mashed potatoes I thought they r bad for u? But I can have yougert jello pudding . I can't take thos shakes anymore they make me wana puke

It is takeing sometime but hopefully I get the hang of this lol I feel like I can eat more and try more stuff but my dr gave me a list of food to eat for the next 4 weeks then he adds more but idk I see other people eatting different things and they had there surgery around the same time as me but I am down 25 lbs do I must be doing something right lol
  12. I am 11 days post op and I have to say the only thing I am haveing trouble with is when I eat I have to take a sip of water to help my food go down I don't drink the hole glass just a sip help has this happen to anyone else?
  13. I am also 1 week out today i go today to get weighed and for my 1 week check up I joined a gym last nite I hope that helps me drop weight also and make me fell better about my self . I also said to myself y did I do this I see my family eatting eatting and I want pizza soooooo bad but I know I can't. I hope they give me some good food I can eat next week lol
  14. I am also 1 week out tomorrow the first few days I was soar when sleeping but now I am fine I go tomorrow to get 2 nd stage diet and stapled out. I have to say I was very scared and worried but this had been good for me so far
  15. So I am 5 days post op I get full quick I am on liquids untill I go for my ck up but I fell hungry any ideals?
  16. I wonder why each surgin is different in what they tell u that u can eat?
  17. I am 4 days post opp I am holding down all protein shakes jello pudding I want to try cottage cheese or cheese but each week I get a new diet to follow
