Thank you so much. My mom knows i am having gastric bypass but dad does not we are not telling him till that day. He has anxiety and he does not need to stress about me. I am finding it hard because i can not talk to mom. Dad is always around. My friends do not get it they are all thin. My sisters do not understand but they are supportive. Yes what a great idea. I like this idea i wish I had a massachusetts walking Buddy. Someone who knows you can't walk fast yet. someone who know's what your going through. Someone who knows what it is like to be fat and wants to be thin to. -

Thank you i have no support and i am hopping i can find it here if i can figure out this app lol I know this is good for me. My other health issues have caused me to do this. I have been wanting to do this for a long time but not brave enough to do it. I am 4' 11" and 258 i lost 38 pounds last year changing the way i eat and exercize.
