Here is a suggestion for those that are having a hard time making it to the gym because of work or whatever maybe going on in your life at the time. I have a stationary bike, a mini trampoline, mini stair stepper, resistance bands, weights not to mention several different work lit videos that I use here at home. It's cheaper to do this at home in my option and you can do it when you can a little more easier that way too. I'm 3 years post op now and I haven't stepped a foot into a gym.
I eat pizza once in a while but not that often but when I want it I use a grilled chicken breast for my crust which boosts the protein up on it as well. Checkout www.hungry-girl.com for lots of suggestions and swap ideas.
My name is Donna and I had the gastric bypass on aug 20, 2010 it was the best decision I have made in getting my life back on track and I'm down 214 pounds thus far with about another 100 pounds I would like to loose yet. But my energy level is trough the roof now and I'm doing things I haven't been able to do in years.
Hi my name is Donna and I'm post op for 19 months now and I was told by my surgeon to leave all of the carbonated stuff alone because it takes up room in your pouch.
