  1. I struggle with leaving the last bites as well. Sometimes I will throw it in the garbage to make sure I don't go back to it.
  2. It is a high Fat/Protein, almost like Atkins. I'm concerned about the high fat content.

  10. I am currently using MyFitnessPal as an app to record my calories and protein intake. The problem is it doesn't take into account that I am a bariatric patient and it gives me a calorie intake of 2000 per day. Are there any apps available that works best for bariatric patients?
  11. My name is Will, and I had surgery August 28 for the vertical sleeve. I'm currently eating soft foods, but I am struggling with how long to chew and when to swallow. At times even eating scrambled eggs can seem to hurt going down. Any suggestions?
