Just a reality check for me - down 105 lbs- maintained til a month ago and gained 4 lbs- yikes!!! Have gone back to basics and plan to lose the 4 plus 6 more- I need to be diligent always and accountable I'm back!!

Lost my husband and best friend two years ago. We were next door neighbours since we were 4 and were married for 30 years. From diagnosis to death 30 days- two weeks later his mother passed from a broken heart. I miss him every minute of everyday. Surgery oct 22/13 SW-241 Cw-165 I'm stuck too! Doing all correctly but I am going down in sizes but the scale is not reflecting any change. Very frustrating -
