  5. Okay, I suppose I gotta join or LV is gonna come beat me up :-P I'm Heather, or Redbean - whichever you wanna call me. Actually I have been wanting to join b/c it will make me "accountable"…and I hafta say I HATE exercising soooo I HAVE to be accountable!!! 1. Mixed martial art fitness twice a week. 2. Walk/ride bike 50 miles Now, if I live through alla that I will be happy! HAH! Not much honestly, but I am SERIOUSLY out of shape and am just starting soooo I don't wanna overdo especially since physical fitness is NOT my forte…now if only I could read a book while I do all of this exercising it would be much more tolerable
  6. I was told to eat every 3 hours or so. I'm 8 weeks out and that's what I do. Protein first and it works for me.
  7. You are NOT crazy!! I cannot and have not ever been able to drink them! They make me sooooo nauseated!!! I've tried at least 9 different ones and NONE of them am I able to tolerate!
  8. Happy, Happy Birthday, ma'am!!! Congratulations on being 63 lbs lighter than a year ago. I hope your day is fabulous
  9. The drains make EXCELLENT pet chew toys!!!
  10. Yessum, I will...I have a feeling if I don't, you're gonna come find me!!! ;-P
  11. I used to love water but now it makes me nauseated/feel sick A LOT...I make myself drink it but it's hard at times.
  12. I still have those emotional days...not so much as in the beginning, but oh well. This forum does help. And I make my hubby listen even if he doesn't understand ;-P
  13. I did the same thing. I was like "OMG what have I done!!??" It gets soo much easier the further out you get. It is rough being on all liquids, being nauseated, not getting enough fluids, etc... All of this passes though. I'm almost 8 weeks out and it HAS gotten much better. I'm not going to lie and say I never want to eat more than I do now, but it's a head thing, I'm not really hungry for more than a few bites. Hang in there and if I can be any help, please feel free to ask. There are many others on here with a lot more knowledge than me, but I will help in any way I can. You can PM me anytime. Good luck.
