I always came on here looking at the pictures, thinking why am I not seeing a difference. Well I guess it's because I see myself everyday and had never compared two pictures...well I am finally able to see the difference and I am liking what I see. I can't answer your question but just wanted to comment that my doc told me losing more than 20 lbs a month is unhealthy. I don't know if that has anything to do with my personal treatment but 40lbs seems like a lot to me for one month. -

I personally prefer Bariatric Advantage Orange Cream. Great taste, no after taste. I use skim milk instead of water. -
I don't think we should be here to judge...we all were/are fatties and eating our favorite foods is a hard habit to break. We are here for moral support. I am sure we have all eaten something we shouldn't have at one point or another!!!

What do you use to flavor/sweeten your coffee? I can have decaf but I'm so used to having it with flavored creamer. What are some alternatives you use?

I was sleeved on 8/28 but I am not brave enough to try Popeyes chicken lol although its one of my faves. I would like to try true naked strips but I think I will wait a few more weeks. -
