  6. Well, I just read this whole thing and now my eyes are bleeding. Silly silly silly
  7. Thank you. I hope, like you, by 9 months I'm in the 150s, but it's not looking that way! I bought a second pair of size (stretchy) 10's today! Pretty cool!
  8. 176???? I'm up 2 lbs? Boooo
  9. Surgery date: 10/8/2013 Current weight:174 It's slow going these days!
  10. I didn't take biotin at first, but started to take it 4months out. I just have a lot of hair. I still, lose quite a bit everyday, but, at 7 months out, it's definitely slowing down!
  11. 174.5 It's like watching paint dry!!!
  12. There have been only a few times that I've read about someone's weight loss challenges and felt like I could relate. Maybe because I am 3 out of the 6 hindrances that you mention! Never enough details! I weigh everyday as well, I am sure if I did not, things would get out of control! But, by doing so, and seeing little to no movement, it FEELS like I am not losing anything for very long periods of time. It really helps to look at the progress over a months span! I am almost 7 months out and hope that my month 7 looks like yours! Month 1: -23lbs 2: -10 3: -9 4: -5.6 5: -4.4 6: -2.2(so far) I worry that, because the losses keep getting smaller, that the end is drawing nigh, but then I read about others who get to a year out, and have reached their goal! I like being reminded that even though things slow down, the goal is still reached! Best,
  13. Can you repeat that part about how you slowed down, got stuck and went on to be a success? The more details the better!
  14. I'm in. CW 177 GW 169 Keeping fingers crossed in hopes of finally reaching a challenge goal!
  15. Well, Holy Cow! Fantastic seems an understatement!

  17. Apologies for being tardy! Sadly, still 176 ????
  18. I had to give up coffee, too, because I couldn't have one without the other! Now I drink enough P&G tea to choke a horse
  19. Ouch. That hurt. I was not a casual smoker either! I'm talking 35 years, hard core smoking! I miss it. I kind of always suspected, though, that I would eat sweets JUST so I could follow it up with a cig! Logically, because I don't smoke now, I don't seek sweets! Weird
