  1. Darling, I am sure you've had your share of 'woe is me moments', give me a little break, we needed encouragement! Ps: when I compare, sometimes I'M ahead, so, yeah, I won't fail EVERY time!
  2. Ok. Going to try BMI watching instead! That was a push in the right direction! So, we are NOT sad! We are focused and positive! Thanks you!
  3. I am usually the first to NOT compare, but, I DID! I compared!! I admit it! I got sucked into the comparing comparisons! And to further my anguish, at this point in the game, you were almost 20lbs ahead of me! S**t, I compared again. Getting back in my hidey hole.
  4. Her stats are nearly identical to mine! I am pretty sure I hate her. I feel ashamed about that, but whatever. I'm going to eat, alright! About how many calories are you eating per day? Maybe that's key? And, I LOL'ed at your worms. I don't love my journey today. My journey can bite me.
  5. It's in the title "before and after pics"! And, I just looked and I was mistaken, she has lost 87lbs, my bad! Ugh, kill me. Um, mcdonalds=dog poo? I have no basis of comparison, I will take your word for it! Now, I will go and crawl under covers and never come out!
  6. I seriously just read on here someone has lost 80lbs at 4 months out. I swear to everything Holy, that I am going to just eat a effing cheeseburger and throw in the towel! Seriously, I give up. I can no longer be brave, trusting, patient. Going to Mcdonalds, see ya!
  7. Well then, there's hope. It still freaks me out, though, that there is no loss this early in the game! I mean for such a long period of time. Congrats on your wonderful progress!
  8. I really can't see the progress that much, I realize it's in my head, but still..... I hope I'm not putting the tape in the wrong place, because then I would have the fabulous 12.5 inch neck...jelly?
  9. Thanks, I feel like its super slow The far right column is "calf" Obvi, I'm slacking in my EXCEL game! I am 5' 7" And as you can see, my hips aren't budging.
  10. Here's my measurements. WEIGHT: Sept. 239 Oct(surg). 229.5 Nov. 206 Dec. 196 Jan. 187 Feb. 181.3 Now. 179 Goal. 150 ( maybe 140) I've lost 66.6%of excess 29 more pounds til goal. Yikes
  11. Well, I hope someone casts a light on this. The scale and I are at a stalemate and I hope this isn't the end! I am going to remain faithful, as I'd be mad if this were the end.
  12. Sweet stats! But, omg! Window of opportunity slamming shut? Is that a thing? I certainly hope not, I've got quite a ways to go....
  13. Today: 178 Goal: 172???? I gave up "stalls" for lent!
  14. So, you are getting minimum 150 g of protein per day? What kind of shake is that? I need to get it ASAP!
  15. I start with a Protein shake. 2cups tea lunch varies: Egg or Hummus Or Leftover dinner meat Cold cut roast beef Etc 2 cups tea Greek yogurt 2 cups tea 2bottles Water Dinner: Meat or meat or meat I would not be able to drink 3 shakes per day in addition to the food, too many extra cals! I keep reading on here about people eating 500-600 (NEVER more than 800) calories per day! I can't seem to get mine that low! I cut out nuts and cheese to lower it it, but still nowhere near 500-600 cals!
  16. Look at my sleeve sister! Beautiful!
  17. Thank you very much! And WOW, our stats ARE very close! We are on the way to the finish line!
  18. I don't know...it's kinda weird... But, there it is... I need to figure out how to attach!
  19. My doctors don't really have much of a problem with it. I got the feeling that they feel obligated to give the "straw speech", but don't give it that much weight!
