Hi! I am also having my surgery there in Slidell, with Dr.French.I also am having hiatal hernia repair, at the same time. Sept. 3 is my date. How was the stay there.I was told it is over night. How has your treatment during the whole process gone.?

I too have had reflux for many years. sometimes I have had to take 2 nexiums a day. I have a hiatal hernia. My dr is doing sleeve and fixing hiatal hernia at time of surgery. Keep trying if this is what you want. Hope all goes well.

It has been fine so far. Am looking forward to this time next year.

Hello Patty, Thank you. most of my Family dose not know. When I spoke to a few about the surgery I got bad response that is one reason it took me a year just to decide to have it done. Once I decided to have it done everything the dr wanted done was done in 60 days. There are some that I will be in hospital over night for a test that I also have done. I'm glad I found this group.
