Lose too much weight? No but I had concerns with malnutrition. My lifestyle now includes dedication to no old school eating. All raw, ripe veggies and fruits and enough protien to provide support to muscle growth and development. I could actually lose alot more weight and be ok. However, for now, I am more concerned with getting used to eating like this, and feeling good. As long as I do not gain, I am ok.
