I'm getting my things for post surgery... What am i suppose to get with protein for the 1st week??? I'm suppose to do clear liquids for the 1st week it's hard to find protein in clear liquids!!

I'm not on any pre op diet either but I'm gonna do a liquid diet before surgery and also take a laxative.... My surgery is Aug 30th

Hi I'm Brooklyn NY . Mom of two girls , 4 and 10 months I'm being sleeved on Aug 30 with Dr CarrylI'm feeling the same way too, everyone is asking me why I don't look excited... I was so excited to get it done now that the date is approaching I'm getting scared.... I'm starting to think if I should right a will? Who should I leave my kids with? Etc, etc, etc :-(Oh I thought u were asking how long after gastric sleeve can you have plastic surgery done....lolLol No plastic Surgery lolYes that's him with POTUS... Approved surgery next Friday and I have a cold I need to get rid of this ASAP ... UghMy doc said at least a yearMy surgery is next Friday...I know it's just clear liquids the 1st week but what can I drink with protein? Only thing I found was Isopure it has 40 g of protein...
