so dramatic.... the hospital and staff is fine... serious .....people and their stories... really a janitor shooting up.... to funny.... why was she with him in the janitors closet......love the imaginations.... you get creative points....was that in a movie? lol -
I've been using preparation cream on my face and neck and under arms thighs and rear end it burnt on my face at first but not now I put it on at night before bed.....it helps shrink up skin...... how do you know what size of needle to get on the derma rollers?

oh Lordy do I chew gum!!!! I quit smoking two months before surgery .... so ya...chewing gum is fine it's the scare factor of accidentally swallowing that that the rule.... no gum chewing is based on! -

BB is the bomb to bad where at the final count down its like only three or so episodes away from the finale... that is on series I would have loved to work on but I still love it....I worked on in plain sight it was ok but love love BB

new whey liquid protein is found at Walmart it's 42 protein grams and a protein isolate-6 tubes is about 15 bucks and individual tubes is about 3 bucks -

it's pressure like built up gas... I bet u feel it in ur chest area....I noticed with cold things more in the beginning that it was easily present than other things... right away I used baby gas drops and I would stand a stretch a lot to relieve the pressure now I use the chewable gas pills and keep them in my purse for pressure issues related to food like sometimes when I chew to fast or swallow a to large of a piece of food....
