  7. I meant at branded restaurants. Like Taco Bell- refried beans & cheese is and item on the menu

  11. Today was sooo bad for me! I am getting sick of protein shakes-literally! Every time I brought the drink to my mouth I wanted to throw up!! What do I do?
  12. I am on a full liquid/blended foods. It says to make shakes with leafy greens, veggies, fruits and protein. Just wondered what ones I should use
  13. Try drinking smaller sips and slow down on drinking just a little until your nausea goes away. It may help! Good luck and congrats!! I was sleeved 10/21 too:)
  14. Very normal drink a couple ounces of protein and you'll get over it
  15. Hat fruits and veggies are you allowed to use for full liquid diets?

  18. I had my surgery 10-21 and they told me during surgery you have a breathing tube placed down your throat to breath when you are knocked out. Your throat could hurt for a while. They rant that gentle with you when you are put to sleep!
  19. I have had gas pain, and pain in my neck as well. My throat is a little sore from the breathing tube. I am doing well I was walking all over the hospital. I am home now and doing well. I only have 3 holes, they didn't do the liver biopsy because it looked great. The took my stomach out of my belly button, and I have a hole in each side of my belly button. I am excited for what is to come and wondering how long it will be before I can drive!
  20. How tall are you? When was your surgery? I hope I can bee down that much in 2 months! I had my surgery today
