  2. You look great and i agree the new attention you recurred can be hard but it's a positive thing . It's amazing how you are treated by society when you are considered "" normal weight "" but stay focus and enjoy your new life's.

  6. Your # 1 Goal is to be healthy I do not see any misunderstanding in that, you need to ask yourself is it really the procedure you are afraid of or the challenge on being healthy? Because it will come down to having a surgery to save your life as well as allowing yourself the opportunity to be healthy as well as get rid of possible health issues that arises from being obese. If you would ave had the sleeve it comes with possible side affects like all things in life there is nothing 100 %. The RNY is the gold standard and if your doctors thinks thats the best thing for your health do to your on going health issues I do not see the issue, I am sorry I a not trying to hurt your feelings but the bottom line is for you to be healthy because doing nothing does not help you. Why don't you take poctures of yourself and put them in a scrap book then you can see the many faces of you , I was like you until I started my many faces scrap book, I had drop over 100 pounds and didn't recognize myself u till I was opening the door at work and it was a glass door and didn't realize the skinny women in the reflection of the door was me. Your brain has to catch up I hope this helps you good luck .
  10. Hi everyone stalls happen I am 14 months post opt and was at a stall and I believe my weight us stable because it was the same for 6 months . I just had tummy tuck with muscle repair and I am 7 weeks post opt . Stay focus you all hot this and make sure your getting in your protein and water .
  11. Just try to be as healthy as possible drink your protein and water and you should be fine . Make sure you have loose clothes like yoga pants or maxi dress you don't want anything tight good luck and let me know how your doing .
  12. I am 1 month post opt from a Tummytuck with muscle repair, I was working out 2 hours each day for 7 days a week and could not tighten up that loose skin, my tummy tuck was done exactly 1 year and 1 month post opt . Good luck everyone .

Hi I work out 7 days a week for 2 hours and still could not get rid of the extra skin on my tummy, I am now 3 week post opt from tummy tuck with muscle repair and it has been the best decision I have made, do to being in excellent shape prior to my tummy tuck I was walking upright the very next day which takes some people week to do , do to my Protein increase of 120 per day prior to surgery my healing has been great. I encourage everyone to exercise but if you still have extra skin do not be afraid to have it removed. Good luck everyone.

I agree with the above statements 6 months seems like a long time but it flys by an during that time you are preparing your body for a major change you are learning to eat healthy, exercise, learn portion control and a lot about yourself. Use this time wisely it is so worth the wait and good luck to everyone who decided to be healthy.
  18. Cdesimone congrats on your weight loss your off to a great start and yes my tummy tuck with muscle repair was covered in full by my insurance so to me loosing over 100 pounds.

Hi and congrats to you all for being healthy your fears are normal I am1 year and 1 month post opt you will do great as long as you follow your plan drink water, exercise , and get in your protein and eat healthy .   21. I never thought that I would have surgury again but once you see, now beautiful your hard work pays off and you have that extra skin hangings your going yo want it off .
  22. I'm not sure because everyone body is different I exercise 2 hours a day for 7 days a week and couldn't loose the stomach all the way the loose skin was there and it had to hi also the over hanging skin can lead to infections .
  23. Lmbo012181 you are swollen the first couple of weeks but I had 10 pounds removed and I look fuckin awsume if I do say so myself .
  24. Thanks I have small seroma which are common with tummy tuck doctor drain fluid today it didn't hurt and he says I am doing great I fell great .
  25. Hi everyone my Tummytuck went great I am 9 days post opt drains removed two days ago and I feel great , I am walking upright since day 2 and will be going back to work Monday. I still have to wear my compression garment but I love the results . Go for it , it is do worth it .
