  1. I was having the same issue. I was sleeved in April and by July I too was leaving a trail of hair. When I showered it would come out in my hands and every time I brushed I got a brush-full of hair. I was to the point of panicking I might go bald I just did all the dr said( biotin twice a day upped my protein ) and tried to keep it braided brushing the least amt possible and washing it less. He said I'd see a difference in about three months and I have. It still is coming out a bit but not in the bulk that it was. I think me stressing about it was making it even worse so I avoided thinking about it(hence the braid, lol). Don't worry. It does get better.
  2. I will sometimes add grilled shrimp to my husbands meal then get a side of a veg or take a few bites of his. Otherwise I be sure to order something I know will be good for several more meals.
  3. Don't know how to inbox u. But could use the jeans if still available.
  4. We'll guess my stall is official. No loss this week :-( so frustrating
  5. Thank u so much for the inputs. It does help me and it's going on my list for sure!
  6. Am thinking of putting this on my birthday/Christmas wish list. Due to painful knees thought it might be more effective exercise for me, especially if I can actually use it. I can only do about ten min on my treadmill then my knees start catching and feel like pins being stuck in them. Anyone have one and is it a good workout ?
  7. Same here as gamer girl no drains and very little pain. Just the discomfort drinking.
  8. Favorites are Eureka( a hidden town full of geniuses and mishaps with great story lines) also Bones and Supernatural.
  9. I'm a slow loser too. What's the 5:2??
  10. Well I'm at 204.8. Less than a lb lost this week. :-(
  11. Okay. Tonight I ate a girls out cookie...thin mint. So good. But the difference?? I only ate 1.

This thread is great. I actually teared up(if u knew me u'd know that was a big deal). It made me realize that I actually have a chance to get to that place. Didn't seem possible Thanks!

  17. Very awesome! U should be proud!
  18. My pre-op was shakes and clear broth for one week. Lost like 6-7 lbs. day three was hardest. That and knowing that for two weeks after surgery it was pretty much the same thing. Felt like an eternity before I was to start the puréed stage. Which I thought would be gross but tasted heavenly after just liquids. Lol. Looking at the puréed foods does take a shift in ur thought process though But at almost six months out and 65 lbs down ...... Absolutely worth it! Still have 75-80 more to go but loving this decision !
  19. I know it's frustrating I had to wait many years to be in a place where I could do this for myself. And it still was a struggle. Don't take it as a year to do this or that. Just do each day at a time. Put away what u can and keep going. It will be completely worth the time and effort. I wish u the very best. Try to keep positive.
  20. My dr wanted me to do these but the cost was 240.00 a month....WITH insurance ( over 400. Without). Sooo. I do the mega b12 dots 5000 mcg each. Like 12 bucks for 60 tablets. Once or twice a week.and my b12 level was actually high on my 3 month check
  21. That's awesome! And ur doing great! I'm still 6 lbs away from onederland At almost six months out I'm down 65lbs so far. It will slow down and pick up periodically. Keep up the good work!
