  2. Mine is going to be about 4 years in between. Was the recovery any different? I only plan on taking a week off. But I can pretty much do what I want at my job so that's not an issue. I just hope I can feel better number 1. And get the rest of this weight off!
  3. Has anybody had a revision from sleeve to RnY? Why did you have it done? How far postop are you? Any complications? How much did you loose with the sleeve? How much have you lost since the revision? How do you feel now?
  4. Has anyone heard of or tried Sclerotheraphy to help with the regain??

  18. This is the website that we order from here in Southern Illinois, it was the one the doctors recommended! Chewable vitamins and the Upcal for calcium, 2 packets a day. You can put them in your shakes. Also our dietician said always take your calcium 2 hours before of after your vitamin, because calcium or iron is a binder and taken together they will not absorb properly:) Just what I follow:) http://www.procarenow.com/Chewable-One-A-Day-Bariatric-Multi-Vitamin-Gastric-Bypass-Formula-30-ct_p_10002.html
