  5. I had the same thing! I was told it was most likely the anesthesia working out of my body, the nurse told me it can take from 60 -90 days to completely leave your body. Advised to drink as much water as possible, shower with warm not hot water, Dove or Aveno soap and quickly follow up with Aveno moisture lotion. It does go away eventually. Best wishes!

  7. Utz pork rinds, laughing cow lite cheese wedges, deviled eggs, beef Jerky, Atkins whipped peanut butter bar, south beach fudge chocolate mint bar, quest bars, rolled buffalo chicken deli meat from Sam's club.

  9. Surgery: 1-20-24 SW: 275 CW: 242.5 Tracking with Myfitnesspal.com Doing well with food, trying to get to 64 oz of fluids currently at 48 oz. & that's with effort. Love the treadmill, lower energy after work but pushing myself to success. Best choice of my life.

  11. I applaud you for your courage to inform others to be aware of this Physician & facility shenanigans. I think sometimes they lose focus of our need & desire to change our lives for the better because they are under the delusion of the "god complex". Keep up the good fight & best wishes to finding the right physician for you.

  14. New to the group. Surgery scheduled for January 20th in Chicago at Northwestern Hosp. Cigna approved, pre-op testing & last class set for 1/7 & endoscopy set for 1/6. Whew! A little nervous about the pre-op diet but excited for the outcome of all this. Anyone else out there with similar info at this stage? My surgeon will be Dr. E. Hungness. I'd like to hear from you.
  15. Newly posting, reading & enjoying for awhile. Cigna insurance approval received. Surgery date January 20th & the waiting is hard but exciting. Love this community so much. Surgery at NMH in Chicago with Dr. E. Hungness. Happy to know I'm not alone.
