  1. The nausea is the worse. Are they giving you Zoloft for it? For me the day after surgery I was super tired and queasy. The walking is great! I'm going to go do that now on a rainy afternoon in NYC. Here's some motivation I finally started losing some weight 10 pounds so far! Keep up the good work super fab!
  2. I'm on there too. My name is ccaramel27
  3. How are you doing super fab?
  4. I drink the isopure shakes those aren't as thick as other protein shakes and I add plenty of ice and water and make them with skim milk
  5. Yep I had to take that for pain at the hospital. It was disgusting and I couldn't through it back like a shot!
  6. I'm hungry don't get me wrong but I think it's head hunger more than anything because physically my stomach isn't hungry. How big are your shakes? My servings are about 4 oz at each meal I can get those down sipping slowly and very watered down. All I can have now is broth, tomato soup as food 1 cup at a time. I asked some of the vets on this site about the eating now and how that changes. They said not to worry we will feel full when we introduce solids. Let me know what your nutritionist says. I see mine thurs. Hope this helps!
  7. Me too! I've had no issues getting my liquids in and I have had all my regular cravings. I binged on too many vitamins and stopped because I can't go down this path again. Like you I am determined to win at this!
  8. Feeling good! Kind of wondering if I even had the surgery. I do have the scars and bruising so I guess I did. I was walking an hour after surgery. The hospital was great! I get tired easily but I'm only on thin liquids so I guess is to be expected. Are you excited?
  9. I just did my sleeve with Dr Ren on Thursday! She was awesome! I have a follow up with her this week.

  16. Good luck super fab!!!! You are going to rock this!
  17. Wow! Yea I've been walking and sticking to my full liquids. I def feel swollen still and TMI constipated. I was discharged Saturday morning and immediately weighed myself and was up 2 lbs from thurs. Today it weighed myself and was down the 2 lbs hopefully it continues to go down. The only good thing is that my blood sugar has been going down.
  18. I am five days out and have bruising around my steri strips. Is this normal?? They didn't tell me anything at the hospital for this. The nurse told me only if it feels hot, has puss or I have a fever to go to the hospital. I have nasty black and blues on my belly.
  19. 68 pounds is awesome! That's a great accomplishment you should be proud of yourself!
  20. Ok I thought I was doing something wrong. Yes I'm on clear liquids and have been tolerating them just fine thank goodness. I haven't had an issue keeping my liquids or vitamins down. I'm going to stop weighing myself because I'm getting obsessive.
  21. OK so I had surgery Thursday February 13 and I haven't lost any weight yet. I've actually gained 2lbs. Since surgery day. Is this normal?
