  2. My starting BMI was 47. I am 5'1
  3. Well said!!! Not losing weight with the sleeve was one of my biggest fears. So now that I have been for a stall, just makes it seem like I failed with the sleeve. Just have to stay positive.
  4. I am able to eat, I have 1200 calories a day. I have to stop myself from eating. Sometimes I feel. Like I'm the only one like this.
  5. I been feeling frustrated lol. I work out 4-5 days a week, I stick to my calorie goal and the scale just won't move.
  6. You shouldn't feel bad I am only down 20. And have been on a stall for a month.
  7. Sleeved June 28 down 20 lb since surgery 30 lbs with pre op diet
  8. I am two months post op and have been for a stall for four weeks now. I have tried changing my food and exercise and still no results.
  9. I have to measure everything in order to stop my self from over eating. But I can have 2 oz of tuna and not feel satisfied. Chicken I can have 3 oz and ill just stop but not because I feel satisfied.
  10. I can have a boiled egg and my stomach will still be growling. And two hours later it feels as if I didn't eat anything.
  11. I can eat pretty much everything except rice, bread and Pasta. Oh and read meats.
  12. What did you eat and drink?
  13. I am 6 weeks out and I am not feeling full. Anyone out there with similar issues?
  14. Yes, I went back on liquids today's to see if I can get the scale moving.
  15. My stall started at 2 wks post op and has been lasting three weeks now.
  16. Thank you so much for talking the time to reply, I will definitely be giving it a try. I talked to my dr. He said to just keep walking and it will start coming off.
  17. I was sleeve June 28, starting weight was 245 day of surgery 229. I am currently 214. I have been on a stall for three weeks.
