  1. I do. It's weird. I was sleeved on 7/17. It's a dull sharp pain. I have post op appt on 7/30 and am going to ask about it. All other incision sites are fine
  2. I'm addicted to the creamy tomato by Campbell's soup on the go. It's on 5 g fat in the container. You can add protein to it also. Very good
  3. Get into therapy as soon as you can. The issues we have with food does not go away with the restriction. You have to battle that first and understand what you have done is for your health and your life has changed and you need to learn to adjust. You can do this but need help.
  4. I was sleeved 7-17. Doing incredibly well and amazed that the hunger is not there and I'm doing fine on full liquids and not even depressed about it. I would like something savory but its really not that hard so far. Knock on wood. Anyways, I'm already down 16lbs from the day before surgery. I did eat soup a little fast and got a little uncomfortable like heartburn feeling so stopped. I feel so blessed withy quick recovery and I feel like I've been given a new lease on life. I can't wait to start exercising and doing fun stuff with my kids.
  5. Just don't put fruit in it if you are still on full liquids. I basically drink 2 shakes a day, 1 water with protein and soup and about 4-5 sugar free Popsicles. I was sleeved on 7/17
  6. I use it. It's ok. My favorite is the unflavored unjury in fruit punch crystal light
  7. 7/17 here. Have not even thought about getting ready. Nervous but stressed. I don't have to do a preop diet other than one day of liquids and mag citrate which I have no clue how that will taste or go down!
