  1. Tomorrow is my big day. ????. The Dr said if there are no complications I could go home on the same day. My son has a football game on Sat. @11:30 What do you guys think? Did you feel like you could have gone home same day? Do you think you could have went and chilled at a youth football game for 1hr the next day?
  2. Today is my last day to eat before I fast tomorrow and have surgery on Friday. Maybe I should eat a couple, but I like the cookie part more than the cream. Not wait I like the cream more than the cookie. Alright, here's the truth.
  3. I'm not gay and being sleeved on Friday 10/18/2013
  4. Last day of eating and surgery is on Friday!!! I read a lot of posts from people who are excited, but I'm stressed. This is gonna be intense!!!
  5. Bluto - How is it now eating/drinking? In 3 months do you feel normal? Are all the issues drinking liquid gone and are you able to eat most foods or do you still you struggle? I am pretty nervous about having my operation on Friday. I can not imagine a world where it is difficult to drink Water.
  6. Great!!! Congrats. It was a long time coming.
  7. Nice. I am scheduled for Friday. To think in 3 months I could be down 64 lbs. is pretty incredible. I probably wont be my BMI is a bit more than yours by about 20lbs.
  8. In 5 weeks you lost 3 months of gained weight. You would be 7lbs heavier than you were before the sleeve. If you focus on the process you will see the results. you don't want to lose more than 4-5 lbs a week anyway. If you continue losing in 5 months you will be down nearly 100lbs. That is AMAZING. If you have an issue with eating, you need to talk to someone, but you should feel great that you lost 3 months of gained weight in 4 weeks.
  9. Good luck 8/14 sleevers. Let us know how you are doing?
  10. How are you feeling? How is your liquid consumption and eating
  11. Awesome!!! How is drinking fluids going?
  12. Why don't you buy enough for the family. My kids always wanted a shake when I told them no, now that they are asked if they want one they say no. You always want what you can't have.
  13. How are you feeling now? How long was it till you felt normal?
  14. That is great! You guys will be 4days ahead of me. Are you guys on a pre-op liquid diet? My dr did not give me a pre-op diet so I am counting down days I have left to eat.
  15. Good luck buddy. Keep me posted how it goes.
  16. I hope you don't too. Good luck #FingersCossed
  17. If you get approved, all you need to do is have the procedure prior to 12/31. No word yet huh?
  18. How about thread for MEN getting sleeved in October. I was on the 90day program and got approved by Aetna last Friday 10/04/2013. I did my pre-op class Wednesday and I am going under the knife next Friday 10/18/2013.
